The DISPLAY NYC Basic Package is an amazing SignagePlayer, powered by our own special baked Android 4.4, this dedicated player was designed to play HD content day in and day out. It is a workhorse device that has been battle tested to deliver digital signage campaigns with flawless performance with high reliability.

The DISPLAY NYC Basic Package plays back video at HD with 60 frames per second and still has power left to spare and run other components such as weather widgets, RSS feeds, Facebook, Twitter feeds, QR and much more.

It is powered by the full version of our SignagePlayer App, so you get all the same set of features in a low powered, plug-N-play, stateless, Android based device. The device is about the size of a matchbox which makes it ideal for small space installations. It ships with a special baked Android operating system and built in Signage Watchdog, all developed to deliver uninterrupted and continuous playback, all the time. Just plug the enclosed HDMI cable to any HDMI screen and use the built in WIFI module to connect to the internet (or via an external Ethernet dongle - sold separately).

The device is powered with the supplied 120/240V power supply. The mediaDROIDX can locally cache all your resources on its internal Flash memory drive, so it can operate even when the connection to the internet is lost with no interruption to your audience.
